Business Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our recruitment team. As a recruiter trainee, you will play a vital role in sourcing and selecting top IT talent for our company.
The ideal candidate will be based in Colombia or Brazil and have a strong interest in learning about IT roles and the recruitment process. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and eagerness to grow and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities will include supporting the recruitment process by sourcing IT candidates through LinkedIn, reaching out to potential candidates with personalized messages and follow-ups, conducting screening initial calls, and keeping internal systems up to date with candidate information and recruitment progress.
The successful candidate will collaborate with other team members and hiring managers to understand role requirements, participate in training sessions and shadow senior recruiters to develop their skills, and work comfortably in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
