About the job and its activities.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct the recruitment and selection processes for executive positions in Brazil and other countries.
  • Adopt the best market strategies and act consultatively with the client and market professionals.
  • Carry out the entire R&S process from screening, mapping of market, interviews, and process management with internal clients and candidates.
  • Work in collaboration with recruiters to guarantee the best talents for our clients' businesses.
  • Develop a schedule for the projects as well as accompany them.
  • Set goals and indicators of quality, assertiveness, and diversity.
  • Guarantee the communication and feedback process for all candidates not processed.
