Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Global Logistics Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing entry criteria and standards for 3PL partners across different cities and countries.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive entry criteria and standards for 3PL partners
2. Conduct benchmarking studies against competitors to enhance our 3PL access strategies
3. Establish robust assessment and evaluation standards for 3PL partners
4. Identify potential 3PL leads through various channels and develop effective screening processes
5. Analyze data using SQL and other tools to assess and improve 3PL performance metrics
6. Collaborate with international teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and adapt strategies accordingly
Requirements:
1. Over three years of experience in compliance management or strategic operations, preferably in logistics or supply chain sectors
2. Excellent communication abilities to interact with international partners and internal teams
3. Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in SQL for data-driven decision-making
4. Self-motivation, excellent learning capabilities, teamwork, and a willingness to embrace challenges
5. Proficient in English and open to working abroad
