This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Inclusion Strategist. The role involves developing and implementing inclusive strategies to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in DEI/talent management, with expertise in strategic planning, team management, and development. They should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advance strategic goals through influence.
The Global Inclusion Strategist will work closely with business departments and regions to tailor the global strategy into their business/region DEI strategies and action plans. They will set up and animate the LDC Inclusion Governance Structure and Operating Model to support the implementation of global and regional/local inclusion strategies and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 8-10 years of DEI/talent management experience
- Strategic planning, team management, and development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to advance strategic goals through influence
