About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diversity and Inclusion Strategist to play a pivotal role in integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into our company culture and key processes. This position is responsible for developing and implementing diversity strategies, managing day-to-day action plans, creating and tracking metrics, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor diversity and inclusion strategies to ensure achievement of diversity objectives and targets.
  • Review and revamp current practices and processes through a DEI lens to mitigate potential biases and promote an inclusive culture.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform data-driven decisions and develop metrics for monitoring progress.
  • Cocreate recruiting and hiring strategies with the Talent Acquisition team to attract employees from diverse backgrounds.
  • Lead awareness and development initiatives.
  • Actively build and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness and stay up-to-date with diversity and inclusion practices.
  • Provide impartial advice and consultation on complex diversity and inclusion matters.
  • Oversight and governance for ERGs to ensure alignment with global DEI strategy.

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working experience in HR-related functions.
  • Demonstrated personal drive and sense of urgency pushing self and others for results.
  • Participation in seminars about diversity in the workplace is a plus.
