As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams to manage the sourcing and recruitment process for assigned roles.

  • You will apply creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify, connect with, and attract qualified candidates.
  • A strong talent pipeline is essential for our growth, and you will build and maintain it through proactive market research, networking events, and ongoing relationship management.
  • When outsourcing is needed, you will coordinate with recruitment agencies or search firms.
  • You will represent our organization professionally to candidates and external partners.
  • Your support to hiring managers will span all stages of recruitment, including developing job descriptions, identifying candidates, managing the candidate experience, and negotiating offers.
  • You will conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to align on staffing needs and candidate progress.

The ideal candidate should have advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken. They should also have proven experience in recruitment, either as an in-house recruiter or through an agency. Experience managing high-volume recruitment or working in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Proven track record in candidate sourcing, generation, and assessment
  • Proficiency in conducting internet-based research and using professional networking platforms
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
