As a senior talent acquisition professional, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver strategic recruitment solutions.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop talent pipelines;
  • Define recruitment KPIs and analyze data to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement;

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of talent acquisition specialists;
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand hiring needs;
  • Defining recruitment KPIs and analyzing data;
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes;
  • Overseeing the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience;

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role;
  • Advanced English language skills are essential for international expansion. Spanish or another language is a plus;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire people around you as well as stand out within a talented team of professionals;
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
