We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Student Recruitment Director to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our international student recruitment efforts, driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase international student enrollment and revenue.
  • Lead a team of recruiters and support staff to achieve targets and deliver results.
  • Cultivate relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other partners to promote our programs and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform our recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize our recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
  • Native-level English speaker and writer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours as required.
