University Recruitment Specialist

Attracting and retaining top talent from leading universities is a crucial aspect of our organization's growth strategy. As a University Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and executing recruitment strategies to build a diverse pipeline of students for our Early Career Programs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance our brand appeal and create equal opportunities for all applicants.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a streamlined and inclusive selection process that promotes diversity and inclusion.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to optimize the recruitment process, track candidate performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Participate in projects that support diversity and inclusion initiatives, such as University Relations and Ambassador Programs.

Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills with experience in supporting large-scale projects emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience in early career recruiting programs is highly desirable, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Fluent English, with advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills preferred.
  • Excellent consulting and interviewing skills with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
