We are seeking a skilled professional to fill an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Selection Specialist.
About the RoleThis position involves conducting recruitment and selection processes for executive positions in Brazil and other countries.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients and market professionals to adopt and implement the best market strategies.
- Conduct the recruitment and selection process for executive positions;
- Develop project schedules and ensure quality, assertivity, and diversity goals are met;
- Collaborate with recruiters to identify top talent;
- Manage the entire recruitment and selection process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Expectations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality;
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
- Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders;
- Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly;
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
