We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to join our internal headhunting team.
This role will manage end-to-end executive recruitment for senior-level positions across all disciplines and geographies, requiring a strong preference for experience in financial services or asset management.
- Lead and execute full-cycle executive recruitment for senior and executive roles, partnering closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping, conducting in-depth candidate assessments and interviews.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to inform hiring decisions and influence talent strategy, managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of experience in executive search, both at headhunting firms and in-house, with excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in Spanish is highly desired, along with analytical mindset and high integrity.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in end-to-end executive recruitment, with a mix of headhunting firm and in-house experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for senior roles in financial services, asset management, or related sectors.
