Join the international team of a 
European company, founded in Lithuania
, and help shape recruitment processes in Brazil. We are looking for a person who will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and coordinating the hiring process for candidates across different sectors, with a primary focus on the logistics industry. This role offers the opportunity not only to manage recruitment but also to play a key role in shaping and maintaining the quality of our hiring practices.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and publish job advertisements on various job portals, social networks, and other channels where potential candidates can be reached.
  • Organize and conduct selection processes - phone screenings, online interviews, and candidate competency assessments.
  • Guide candidates throughout the entire hiring process - from the first contact to preparing documents and relocating to EU countries.
  • Assist candidates with required documentation and provide consultations on working conditions and employment procedures.
  • Continuously collaborate with the European team to ensure high-quality recruitment processes and effective employee integration.
  • Monitor and analyze the labor market, providing suggestions to improve candidate sourcing strategies and increase recruitment efficiency.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, selection, or a related field.
  • Excellent skills of written and spoken English and Spanish languages.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and achieve defined goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and flexibility.
  • Proactivity - ability to propose and implement new ideas in recruitment processes.

Salary
