Cloud Data Architecture Expert

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Data Architecture Expert to lead the design and evolution of our cloud-native data systems in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in data architecture or senior-level data engineering roles, with a strong focus on cloud-scale solutions and enterprise-data systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and evolve robust, scalable architectures for data lakes, data warehouses, data marts, and operational data stores in cloud environments.
  • Develop and optimize real-time and batch data pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, Pentaho, PL/SQL, and Bash scripting.
  • Architect and implement parallel processing workflows to support high-volume ingestion and transformation of structured and unstructured data.
  • Deliver AI-driven data insights for the Food Service Industry and leverage AI tools to increase the rate of delivery for engineering projects.
  • Ensure data quality and governance across the entire pipeline lifecycle, including validation, auditing, and reconciliation.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven expertise in data architecture, with a strong focus on cloud-native solutions and enterprise-scale data systems.
  • Hands-on technical skills in PL/SQL, Bash scripting, parallel data processing, AI/ML modeling, and performance optimization in a cloud environment.
  • Cloud-native thinking, with experience designing scalable systems and cloud-first data platforms.
  • Pipeline mastery, with skills in building and maintaining modern ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time data flows, and orchestration with Apache Airflow or similar.
