Key Responsibilities- Assist in underwriting and analyzing real estate deals
- Draft and submit Letters of Intent, manage deal documents, and track approvals
- Coordinate due diligence and support loan document submissions
- Help manage closing processes and transaction timelines
- Track construction budgets, milestones, and timelines
- Manage contractor bids, vendor outreach, and communications
- Support site oversight and execution of development tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and track expenses
- Prepare budget summaries and support investor reporting
- Organize financial data and maintain clear reporting systems
- Provide direct support to leadership: managing meetings, tasks, and deadlines
- Track progress on key projects and follow up on deliverables
- Maintain systems for document management, communication, and project execution
- Conduct research and assist with ad hoc operational needs
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and project coordination
- Understanding of construction budgeting, deal analysis, and closing processes
- Solid experience with financial record-keeping, reporting, and organization
- Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate (residential, commercial, or self-storage a plus)
- Fluent in English and experienced with U.S. real estate timelines and documentation
