We are seeking a skilled consultant to join our team and implement enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global clients. As a key member of our delivery services, you will lead functional workstreams throughout the full Workday implementation lifecycle.
You will configure and deploy Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions, guiding and advising customers on fit-for-purpose commercially viable solutions. Additionally, you will support junior consultants through mentorship and training, collaborating closely with the customer to assess needs and manage expectations.
The ideal candidate will have strong consulting skills, including workshop facilitation, presenting, and solution explanation. You will also be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Hands-on Workday Time Tracking & Absence configuration experience (2+ years)
- Strong understanding of core Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules
- Excellent customer focus and stakeholder management skills
- Strong consulting skills: workshop facilitation, presenting, and solution explanation

OthersRotating through different delivery services, you will deliver work to defined SLAs, supporting sales activities and estimating delivery for work packages. Experience working in or with Application Management Services (AMS) is highly desirable, as well as a willingness to travel to client sites within the region.
