Workday Integration Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for integrating cloud-based solutions. As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will collaborate with teams to deliver integration solutions for the cloud-based Workday HCM system.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, deploying, and supporting integration solutions within a Workday implementation project. You will also develop and share expert knowledge of the Workday product and integration platform toolset, as well as HCM/Financials business domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integration solutions using Workday Studio
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and ensure that the integration solution meets their needs
  • Mentor junior team members in becoming skilled in Workday Integrations
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Workday Studio
  • Good understanding of cloud computing, web services, and associated integration challenges
  • Strong customer focus with experience in client-facing environments
