Workday Delivery Specialist

As a Workday Engagement Manager (Consultant), you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Workday solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing global Workday programmes from pre-sales through implementation to handover.
  • Acting as the key client interface between functional and technical teams.
  • Providing domain expertise and thought-leadership to drive delivery excellence.
  • Leading blended teams to share knowledge and develop integrated delivery practices.
  • Collaborating with clients to agree objectives, outputs, milestones, and timescales.
  • Ensuring shared understanding through documentation of requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans, and other artefacts.

Commercial Management: This role involves commercially managing the entire lifecycle of Workday implementations, including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, commercial management, and customer satisfaction.

Domain Expertise: As a Workday specialist, you will provide functional insight and thought-leadership to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and support blended teams is essential in this role, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Client Interface: You will act as the primary point of contact between the client and our delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
