Financial Solutions Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Workday Financial Consultant, you will work closely with clients to design, implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions that meet their specific needs.

  • Design, implement and configure Workday solutions for global clients.
  • Buildeffective relationships with clients and deliver solutions aligned to their needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable.
  • Provide guidance to clients, understand their business requirements, and translate them into Workday configurations.
  • Support more junior team members and share knowledge with the team.
Key Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience with Workday Financials implementations.
  • Knowledge of Workday Financials modules including Procure to Pay and Record to Report; experience with additional modules is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management & governance skills.
  • Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security setup.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
  • Excellent understanding of Workday delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to rotate through various Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services.
  • For Application Management Services, ability to deliver work to meet defined Service Level Agreements.
  • Excellent customer management experience with stakeholders at all levels and ability to present to client audiences from multiple regions/cultures.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites in the same region (minimal out-of-region travel may be required).
  • Ability to work with cross-functional functional & technical consultants to understand Workday configuration.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership qualities to guide the team towards company goals.
Desirable Skills
  • Workday Financials Certification.
  • CPA or equivalent accounting credentials.
