About the Role

As a Workday specialist, you'll join our expanding team in Latin America, providing ongoing support to clients across various industries. Your key responsibility will be to deliver high-quality Workday integration support through case resolution, troubleshooting, and ticket triage.

You'll configure, test, and deploy new or modified integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and custom solutions. This includes owning technical consulting activities such as root cause analysis, documentation, enhancements, and upgrades.

You'll build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business and technical needs. Additionally, you'll contribute to tooling, automation, process improvements, and best practices within the team.

Requirements
  • Strong experience working tickets in a customer-facing role with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in XML, XSLT, XPath, and familiar with object-oriented programming (preferably Java or J2EE).
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture, web services (SOAP/REST), and Workday's data model.
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple customer cases with a strong focus on service excellence.
