Job Title: Behavioral Health Specialist

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to individuals and families in need.

Your primary duties will include conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to support clients' mental health and well-being.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and make referrals to community resources as needed.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field;
  • Licensed clinician with experience in mental health and behavioral health settings;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and other software applications.
