Drive Growth and Development as a Business Development Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development. Your primary focus will be on all tasks related to order intake, acquisition, and quote process.
You will define, develop, and execute an acquisition strategy to achieve agreed order intake targets. You will manage all tasks of the value chain starting from technical and commercial frontloading in the pre-acquisition process until completion of the quotation process.
Additionally, you will lead price, claim or contract negotiations from and towards customers within defined parameters. You will also manage commercial activities during the project/product development (e.g. Cost and Price Tracking, Change Request etc.).
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience in the Automotive market is also required. You should possess excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with Headquarter personnel.
A strong technical aptitude and fluency in English are essential for this role. If you have a passion for business development and a drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
