Maintenance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our team in ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to guarantee equipment availability and reliability.

• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with OEM recommendations and maintenance standards.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements of equipment.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of all maintenance activities, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Manage service compliances, inventory, and resource planning to optimize equipment performance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance technicians.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
