We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow HRSD and Core Business Workflow expert to spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Job Description
  • This role is ideal for professionals who possess a deep understanding of HR processes and services, coupled with hands-on technical implementation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, scripting, and customizing ServiceNow functionalities to meet client-specific needs, ensuring tested and validated solutions. They will also guide customers in adopting and optimizing HR services, providing advisory on process improvements.

Key areas of focus include:

  • HRSD covering HR case management, onboarding, lifecycle events, knowledge, and employee experience
  • Core Business Workflows extending ServiceNow to manage and optimize enterprise-wide processes beyond IT
  • Integrations with high-volume, secure, and scalable data exchanges with ServiceNow
  • Service Portal and Employee Center covering customization and optimization to deliver intuitive and engaging employee experiences
Requirements
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Advanced English verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid ServiceNow expertise with HRSD and Core Business Workflows
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and services such as case management, onboarding, lifecycle events and knowledge
  • Proven experience with high-volume data integrations with ServiceNow
  • Solid development skills in JavaScript and React
