Senior Software Engineering Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineering Expert to join our global projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern technologies, including front-end and back-end layers, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires the successful candidate to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate technical debt, ensuring the stability and security of our software applications.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (7+ years) as an iOS Engineer, with a track record of leading complex projects and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Deep understanding of the iOS platform, including knowledge of the latest frameworks, patterns, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to positive team dynamics and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Experience with creating and implementing innovative software solutions that drive business growth and success.
  • Active contribution to industry thought leadership through speaking engagements, blog posts, or other forms of communication.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
