About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at Shopee. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify critical activities and standardize processes to improve efficiency

  • Build strong relationships with 3PLs, execution teams, and LM Hub teams to identify and unblock bottlenecks in transport networks
Requirements

  • Availability to work in simultaneous units (São José do Rio Preto, Franca, and Votuporanga)
  • Licensed in category B
  • Knowledge of transport indicators
