Job Summary

About this role: We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.

This individual should thrive in dynamic environments, be detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. They will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.

The position requires daily communication in English and is hybrid in Florianópolis, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with and support business needs of clients, including direct communication when needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of autonomy, learning, and taking on diverse tasks.
  • Engage in a hybrid work setting in Florianópolis with English-language communication.
Requirements:
  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • International experience
  • Undergraduate degree
