Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Engineering Delivery Manager to spearhead our sales engineering team. This critical role involves leading technical discovery sessions and consultative introduction calls with potential clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead the Technical Discovery call, leveraging interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust quickly; Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from ideation and inception through discovery and development to market release.
  • Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation: Develop dynamic, visually compelling presentation decks and engagement proposals that articulate service offerings, project scope, value propositions, and strategic recommendations.
  • Team Buildout & Project Kickoff: Act as the primary coordination point among Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering; ensure smooth handoffs from initial engagement through team buildout to project kickoff.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional Communication & Soft Skills: outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly; strong presentation and storytelling abilities for clear client-facing communication.
  • UX & Presentation Design Acumen: solid grasp of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking; proven track record of creating high-quality, visually engaging presentation decks and proposals.
  • Technical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge: deep understanding of the software development lifecycle from conceptualization through market release and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: strong analytical skills to synthesize complex information, identify key insights, and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: demonstrated ability to work across multiple departments, managing internal communications as deals move from funnel to kickoff.
  • Consultative Sales Experience: prior experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally within a digital software consultancy or similar environment.
