HR Operations Specialist

This role oversees comprehensive HR operations policies and SOPs, ensuring consistency across all business units and aligning with business goals and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain HR policies that reflect best practices in employment law and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR processes and operational efficiency.
  • Establish clear workflows and guidelines for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility.
  • Provide training and communication on policy updates and process changes to HR teams and managers.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify adherence to HR policies and recommend corrective actions where needed.

Strong organizational and analytical skills are required, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in HR software and systems is a plus. A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is typically required, with several years of experience in a similar role.
