Job Description

The primary role of this position is to oversee the implementation of local Human Resources policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company requirements and legislative frameworks. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining HR systems, fostering effective employee relations, and managing union negotiations.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for HR operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including HRBP and COE teams, to facilitate effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to enhance HR skills and knowledge within the team.
  • Partner with senior management to define and implement HR policies that drive business growth and excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
