Job Overview:

This strategic program manager role plays a vital part in driving business operations forward. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of key projects, develop and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, and ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier relationships, onboard new suppliers, train staff, and implement strategic programs related to geo-location
  • Oversee vendor/license management, ensuring compliance and timely renewals
  • Prepare comprehensive project plans, objectives, and deliverables
  • Ensure alignment with facilities regulations, including Information Assurance Security Testing (IAST) and Cyber Security
  • Support documentation of processes and tools
  • Generate metrics and reports to forecast and support workforce allocation, planning, and SW Cap information
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of work experience in technology strategy & operations, technology transformation, or consulting
  • Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent
Desired Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven project management skills, including project structuring and execution
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling
  • Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics for engineering development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence
  • Excellent relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting
