We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to contribute to the creation of innovative digital experiences.

This role is responsible for developing user-centered design strategies that enhance customer engagement and brand connection across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in UX principles and visual design, leveraging user research, wireframes, and prototyping to improve interfaces and optimize user journeys. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver purposeful, innovative design solutions that elevate both function and form reporting to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually engaging design strategies that drive customer engagement and brand connection.
  • Translate complex concepts into clean, elegant user experiences through intuitive flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and competitive audits to inform visual design decisions.
  • Design user journeys, personas, and sitemaps that bring clarity and intention to navigation and structure.
  • Apply responsive and accessible design principles to ensure seamless experiences across all devices and audiences.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is maintained in final implementation.
  • Evaluate user engagement and optimize visual UX outcomes using design analytics tools.

Skillset & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related visual design discipline.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in UX and visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and user-focused work across web, mobile, and email.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Mac-based design workflows.
  • Expertise in user experience design principles, user interface best practices, and visual storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and design standards for high-performance email campaigns.
