Procurement Senior Analyst

We're seeking a highly skilled Procurement Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for finding the best suppliers to support our business needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Validating and reviewing quotes and supporting documentation attached to purchase requisitions.
  • Performing compliance checks and creating purchase orders in our relevant system.
  • Resolving queries related to vendors, PO amendments, training, and finding the right approver.
  • Effectively managing internal and external customers on queries related to purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Following up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues via our helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Performing all duties within assigned timelines and effectively communicating progress of assigned tasks.
  • Developing ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, and aid business performance.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of basic transactional procurement experience.
  • Understanding of the complete procurement cycle is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa (preference) or similar systems for procurement and CRM tools.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Great enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a globalized work culture and environment.
  • Basic negotiation skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability using rationale and wisdom.
  • Ability to work as a great team player with high engagement level.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Language:

Portuguese and English.
