Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize software applications using PHP / Laravel, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external use, facilitating seamless integration with other systems and services.
- Ensure the platform's compliance with industry standards by implementing and maintaining robust security measures and data protection protocols.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices in software development, code review, and team collaboration.
- Stay abreast of new technology trends and evaluate their application to continually innovate and enhance software applications.
- Participate in the agile development process, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Collaborate with the design team to refine the user interface and experience, implementing responsive and intuitive front-end functionalities using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in PHP / Laravel and MySQL. Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Git.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining scalable software applications. Experience in the technology sector or software development is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems, think analytically, and develop innovative solutions.
