Deployment Reliability Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations of SAP Ariba Cloud products. Your role will involve managing continuous delivery and configuration using modern deployment tools, responding to deployment requests, and providing technical support for the SAP Ariba suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage continuous delivery and configuration of SAP Ariba Cloud products to ensure optimal performance and scalability
  • Respond promptly to deployment requests and provide timely technical support for the SAP Ariba suite
  • Collaborate with engineering subject matter experts to ensure seamless operations and resolve complex issues
  • Handle user tickets and change requests within defined service level agreements
  • Automate manual tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors
  • Lead complex deployment projects including new site setups and disaster recovery planning
  • Manage certificate renewals and troubleshoot related issues
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Unix/Linux environment with a strong understanding of system applications
  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba Cloud products and their configuration requirements
  • Proven experience in 24x7 enterprise environments with a focus on reliability and uptime
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud provisioning (GCP and AWS) and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Groovy, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Artifactory
  • Strong knowledge of operating system internals and file system structures
  • Experience with certificate management and scripting
  • Basic knowledge of HANA database administration
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced English language proficiency
