About the Role

As a seasoned Full Stack Developer, you will have the opportunity to build innovative AI solutions using Langflow (Python) to drive business success. We are looking for a talented professional to join our team and contribute to exciting projects.

Our work model is hybrid, allowing for flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. This role requires 2 days of in-office work per week, but we strive to provide the best possible arrangement for each employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solid Python engineering and backend API development skills
  • Experience with LLM workflow/agent orchestration using frameworks or orchestration tools
  • Ability to work with LLM providers (prompts, structured outputs, tool/function calling)
  • Design and implementation of retrieval/search pipelines (loaders, embeddings, vector search)
  • Enterprise integrations (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, internal systems)
  • Proficiency with Git in collaborative workflows (branching strategies, pull requests/code reviews, conflict resolution)
  • Experience with Jira issue types and Scrum/Kanban boards
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and team mindset; clear documentation and ownership
