Accruent seeks a visionary Artificial Intelligence & Software Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative AI solutions. This role is perfect for someone passionate about leveraging AI to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of AI-driven initiatives using Microsoft's Azure ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Copilot frameworks, and Microsoft 365 integrations. The ideal individual is hands-on, thrives in ambiguity, and can rapidly translate business challenges into technical solutions.

  • Design and develop AI-powered solutions utilizing Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Microsoft Copilot SDKs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation across operational workflows.
  • Develop, test, and refine proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilots that address real business problems quickly.
  • Integrate AI agents and copilots into existing business processes using Microsoft Power Platform, Graph API, and Teams/365 ecosystem.
  • Work closely with business and software engineering teams to productionize successful PoCs and ensure adherence to full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Stay at the forefront of the evolving AI/ML landscape, especially within Microsoft's AI ecosystem, and bring new ideas into the organization.

English and Portuguese fluency, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, experience in software development with focus on AI/ML solutions, proven experience with Azure AI services, hands-on experience building copilots or intelligent agents, strong programming skills in Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript, experience working within Agile SDLC processes, familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, UI/UX skills, excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, and preferred skills including Azure cloud certification, experience with Power Automate, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, knowledge and/or experience with LLM frameworks for building Agentic AI, and exposure to enterprise business processes.
