We are seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Architect, who will be responsible for designing and developing innovative AI solutions that drive business growth. With a strong focus on GenAI systems, the ideal candidate will have experience in distributed training and inference, as well as productionizing solutions using retrieval and agent-based methods.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Distributed System Development: Design and implement scalable GenAI infrastructure with a focus on distributed training and inference optimization.
  • Production-Grade Code: Develop production-grade code using modern software engineering practices (SWE, SOLID, design patterns).
  • Collaboration and Product Planning: Collaborate with research and engineering teams to productionize GenAI solutions using retrieval and agent-based approaches. Drive product and project planning for AI initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

To succeed in this role, you must have a solid background in computer science or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience working in Python development and software engineering. Your skills should include real-world experience designing, implementing, and optimizing microservices, as well as working hands-on with relational and NoSQL databases in production environments.
Requirements:
  • GenAI Experience: 2+ Years of experience working with GenAI frameworks and techniques, including retrieval-based and agent-based approaches, and addressing GenAI-specific challenges such as hallucinations and prompt sensitivity.
  • Project Management: 1+ Years of experience in project management for AI initiatives, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and timely delivery of technical milestones.
  • Product Management: 1+ Years of experience in product management or working closely with Product Owners, including defining product vision, prioritizing AI features, and aligning technical solutions with business goals.

Additional requirements include familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized AI applications using Docker and orchestrating services with Kubernetes.
