Nubank is seeking a highly skilled Conduct Risk Senior Analyst to lead and manage conduct risk matters in countries where the company may expand its operations.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing conduct risks for new markets, developing expansion projects with ethics and integrity themes, and managing conduct risk matters in countries where Nubank may expand its operations.
">This role requires a strong understanding of national and international anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations, as well as experience in expansion projects and comprehensive knowledge of conduct risks management regulations and market frameworks.
">The ideal candidate will have robust critical thinking skills, a questioning attitude, and rigorous evidence evaluation skills to ensure thorough and unbiased analysis and risk assessments.
">Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a strong preventive risk mindset, actively anticipating potential conduct risk issues and developing proactive mitigation strategies.
">Other responsibilities include working independently, maintaining confidentiality, and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of an organization.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">- Robust Knowledge: National and international anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations.
- Experience: Expansion projects and comprehensive understanding of conduct risks management regulations and market frameworks.
- Critical Thinking: Critical thinking, questioning attitude, and rigorous evidence evaluation skills.
- Preventive Risk Mindset: Strong preventive risk mindset, actively anticipating potential conduct risk issues and developing proactive mitigation strategies.
