Senior Conduct Risk Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will lead and manage conduct risk matters in countries where our company may expand its operations. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in Ethics, Integrity, and Conduct Risks who loves challenging the status quo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing conduct risks for new markets and developing expansion projects with ethics and integrity themes.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for new markets within the scope of Conduct Risks.
- Participate in and lead strategic expansion projects focused on ethics and integrity.
- Manage and act on issues related to Conduct Risks.
- Ensure compliance with international anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations.
- Collaborate with other areas as needed to ensure compliance and integrity.
- Develop and improve Conduct Risk management processes and methodologies.
- Document processes and findings accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a person who has:
- Strong knowledge of national and international anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations.
- Experience in expansion projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of conduct risks management regulations and market frameworks.
- Critical thinking and questioning attitude to ensure thorough analysis and risk assessments.
- Demonstrates a strong preventive risk mindset and proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
- English language proficiency in Advanced | Fluent level.
Nu Bank Way of Working:
Our team operates with flexibility and adaptability. We have cycles that can vary from two to three months depending on the area of expertise. In other words, for every eight to twelve weeks of remote work, one will be in the office.
