Duty Manager Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Manager on Duty Trainee. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience at our hotel.

As a Manager on Duty Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for handling all aspects of their stay, from check-in to check-out. You will work closely with our front desk team to ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
• Work closely with the front desk team to ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and responding to emails.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.

• Availability to work a minimum of 20 weeks, 5 days a week.
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills, with a strong understanding of hotel operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Basic knowledge of hotel software systems, such as Opera.

• A competitive trainee allowance of €750,- per month, including study and travel allowance.
