Hcp Brand Strategy & Content Manager
We're looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead our HCP brand strategy and content initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth through effective content management.
Responsibilities:
  • - Identify, leverage, and ensure the successful development of scientific content for brands and target audiences (interaction with agencies, local teams, scientific engagement, franchise & global teams)
    - Support the franchise team during the strategic plan process, brand playbooks, 3-year message process, and scientific pipeline development
    - Guarantee proper interaction with Franchise/Global teams to leverage available content within the brands and identify best practices, learnings, and potential projects
    - Ensure seamless interaction with Global HCP squad for content excellence projects deployment: digital asset management tool governance and adoption, content automation, measurement, and tagging, global content for immediate deployment
    - Co-leadership with CBI for studies, learning plans, and HCP insight generation à HCP expert
    - Leadership of regional projects connected with capability building like precision content development based on HCP segmentation and Latam content matrix
    - Act as an HCP expert for markets and brands, shaping the future of HCP capability towards digital transformation (automation, hyper-customization, digitization)
    - Manage non-working media & agency.
Qualifications:
  • - Business Administration, Marketing, Communication;
    - At least five years of experience in a consumer moving goods environment in marketing, trade marketing or any other communication/content-oriented position;
    - Pharma background preferred;
    - Digital Marketing competencies preferred;
    - Fluent in English and Intermediate/Advanced Spanish.
