Job Title

We are seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to join our organization in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing non-inventory supply chain operations, including supplier delivery, quality, and performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement global standard processes, tools, and metrics for procurement operations
  • Acquire shipping supplies for new sites and coordinate purchase orders
  • Negotiate and secure best value deals with suppliers
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships and drive business growth
  • Manage procurement metrics and identify areas for improvement
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in supply chain operations, supplier relationship management, and data analysis
  • Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams
Competencies:

  • Vendor management and engagement experience
  • Ability to handle activities on the operations floor
