Logistics Operation Manager - Data Insights Specialist

As a Logistics Operation Manager - Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making and strategic planning.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of partner performance to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights for KPI model design.
  • Implement advanced monitoring systems to track partner KPI performance and predict potential risks.
  • Develop and present comprehensive partner performance assessment reports and settlements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivery budget and cost-efficiency analysis or business insights for 3PL KPI performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and BI tools.
  • Demonstrated proactive ownership in dynamic work environments.
