Job Overview

We help organizations succeed by providing access to a global network of experts with knowledge in SAP technologies. Our near-shore center offers sophisticated services and unique capabilities to customers on their implementations of innovation products, mainly S/4HANA and TDF (Tax Declaration Framework).

  • To address customer requirements in logistics areas for various industries.
  • Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key customers on innovation products, mainly S/4HANA and TDF (Tax Declaration Framework).
  • Proceed with IMG configuration, design/execute implementation packages (e.g. RDS´s, best practices implementation guides).
  • Build competencies to deliver solutions to Customers.
  • Be able to understand complex business scenarios and propose SAP standard solutions or workarounds.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
  • Gain expertise in S4HANA Logistics.
  • Gain expertise in Retail industry business and in SAP IS-Retail solution.
  • Gain expertise in TDF.
  • Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address customer issues.
  • Delivering billable components that meet a customer's needs.
  • Execution of innovation portfolio serving as primary contact from DBS service areas to deploy and implement solutions.
  • Ensure standard solution usage whenever possible. Be able to provide workarounds when SAP standard solutions do not fit to customer scenarios.
  • Be able to evaluate affected processes and scenarios. Ensure proper validation of solution implemented by grating minimum test case scenarios execution.
  • Get involved with customer scenarios, be able to understand business needs and discuss best approaches to help them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge on SD standard and localized scenarios as well as SD/MM scenarios (Transference between plants);
  • Knowledge on Brazilian localization, main taxes concepts and Brazilian needs for NF issuing and reporting;
  • Knowledge on tax procedure TAXBRA, tax codes setup and main configuration for SD processes. Prior experience on RVXBRA/TAXBRJ migration to RVABRA/TAXBRA;
  • Knowledge on NF-e outbound standard solution (SAP NFE Cloud / GRC) for both issues handling and basic setup;
  • Experience developing/deployment as SD resource on projects and strong analytical and problem solving skills; Ability and good will to pick up knowledge in new areas;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar;
  • Fluent English, Portuguese, Spanish language skills are mandatory;
  • Up to 30% expected travel;
  • Regular Full Time employment type.
