Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Agility Analyst to join our team at Azion Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Business Agility and Data Science teams to create metrics and KPIs that drive company strategy.
  • Configure and maintain Jira environments in production.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enable custom issue types, workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports.
  • Create and manage JIRA assets, including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
  • Ensure system stability and availability, addressing user issues in a timely manner.
  • Enhance workflow of daily tasks with the Business Agility team to improve team efficiency.
  • Respond to support requests for permissions and internal needs.
  • Administer Opsgenie implementation, assisting users with permission, scheduling, priorities, and more.
  • Provide insights and guidance on best practices for Jira organization and usage.
RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing solutions with Jira.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Atlassian (Cloud) suite of tools.
  • Experience with complex Jira workflows and automation.
  • Experience configuring integrations between Atlassian and third-party tools.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Agile at scale and flight levels.
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing key concepts.
  • Jira Administrator learning path Certification.
  • ACPC-120 Jira Administrator for Cloud exam.
