Job Overview:
- Responsible for implementing and assessing training related to preventive quality control and process/product quality, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Leads the development and management of 8D reports in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Evaluates customer requirements and adjusts internal standards as needed, working closely with the QMS team.
- Participates in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new projects, ensuring all quality gates are met.
- Contributes to Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) meetings to analyze potential failure modes and their effects.
- Develops control plans and other quality-related documents.
- Updates area-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports internal and external audits, assessments, and management reviews.
- Initiates continuous improvement activities.
- Monitors and reports on quality department performance, including scrap, waste, customer complaints, and other relevant metrics, in collaboration with plant controlling and production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a field such as Mechanics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Quality Assurance, or Administration.
- Experience in quality assurance within an industrial setting.
- Advanced knowledge of core quality tools, including 8D, MSA, FMEA, CEP, APQP, and PPAP.
- Proficient English language skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 lead auditor training.
- VDA Auditor Training 6.3 certification.
Additional Skills:
- Professional experience in industrial production processes and/or project management.
- Indirect leadership experience of work teams for project management.
- International team collaboration for projects and routine activities.
