The role of Senior Program/Construction Manager plays a pivotal part in guaranteeing the accomplishment of capital projects within an organization.
Job Description- Ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery through coordination with owners, project teams, and operations.
- Project management and oversight from inception to completion, including project plans, extra work authorizations, and closeout documents.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, participate in monthly review meetings.
- Develop proposals and foster partnerships with specific clients in a seller/doer capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, science, planning, or a related field.
- Minimum 11 years' industry experience; minimum 8 years of project management experience.
- Design experience required.
- Expert knowledge of project engineering and/or general construction principles and construction schedules.
- Knowledge of multi-prime contracts.
- Leadership experience in public sector projects, such as school and municipal projects.
