About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Finance team with various tasks, including accounts receivable, customer service, and data analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including reconciliations and follow-up on outstanding payments;
- Contact customers to verify payment information and resolve any discrepancies;
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions;
- Contribute to the development of financial reports and presentations;
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
