About the Role

This position plays a pivotal part in managing and growing existing client relationships with a focus on revenue retention.

As a key member of our team, you will identify opportunities to evolve client business for incremental account growth and serve as a consultative role to the client, advising on the best way to achieve short- and long-term strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have developed a core understanding of our business, its strategy, and its products/services. Additionally, experience in relationship management, client services, or account management is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to manage and grow existing client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for incremental account growth and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Serve as a consultative role to clients, advising on the best way to achieve their strategic objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our business, its strategy, and its products/services.

Requirements:

  • Spanish fluency is required.
  • Portuguese fluency is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Financial services experience with a particular client type or product is preferred.
  • Bilingual capabilities are helpful, as is an understanding of local/cultural nuances important for client trust.
