Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and strengthening key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven insights and improve advertising effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Education: Drive education on product updates, best practices, and share market intelligence with clients.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and grow post-sale client relationships by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, and proactively improving results.
  • Market Strategy: Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Sales Support: Work with the sales team on pre-sale research, pitch development, and client outreach.
Product Development
  • Responsible for improvement of product feature adoption and consistently drive product improvement from market feedback.
  • Identify areas for product enhancement and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
